Hi - I've just rolled a lvl 30 enchanter on Hibernia (normally play Excal/Alb). I could do with a lil help - as I've never played any kind of caster before its all a bit new to me and as I've never been in Hibernia before (other than emain) I'm struggling a little. Can you Hibbies please suggest a few places that I could try some exp thats gonna be green/blue/yellow max to a level 30 so I can learn how to play a chanter at my own pace without having to run for my life every 2 minutes because I accidentally entered an epic zone :p

Thanks in advance!

Treibh will be too high..
I think a nice easy place to practice would be the ants in Shannon Est.
From the s.i portal by the tower south of the river from Connla, just head along the first hill west of the road.

Another place you could try is the cliffs.
From TNN north gate (bind) follow the road west and you will come across foes of increasing differculty.

The pets you might want to use while soloing are the Ally (healer) or Compatiot<sp> probably best to use ally to start with.

Hope this helps.

Cliffs of Moher got green to yellow with wide open spaces and no wandering aggro, ideal IMO. Thats where i played level 30 on any class. Alternatively round Droighaid there are plenty of weird and wonderful creatures.

Use this guide as a reletavely accurate guide on where to go and what level

Thanks a lot :)

Now I just have to work out which horses go where etc. without having to study a map everytime I move my ass :p

And just as a side note, the few times so far that I've been on Pryd/Hib - random strangers have been really nice to me - offering help, even giving me items - seems a nice friendly place :)

You didnt really ask for it, but is this really a time to roll an FDS caster? Focus shield will be nerfed in an upcoming patch, and so will our heat debuff, if you have to start from 30, my sugestion would be to roll a tank/support class :)
