Does anyone know how to change the upstream channel ID on a webstar DPX100 cable modem.
I have upstream channel saturation in my local area and had changed it from channel 1 to 3 on my surfboard modem. Although this was a vast improvement, it wasnt great so I phoned the cable operator.
Their 'fix' (they did this when I wasnt present, or I wouldnt have let them do it) was to change the cable modem to a webstar which put me back on upstream channel 1. I cant see a way of changing it on the webstar and google is no help...
