Changed stats: (Alb) Twisted Hair of the Malamis

I was hoping to use Twisted Hair of the Malamis for its +Qui cap and
afaik the stats for the Twisted Hair of the Malamis have always been
as below:

Twisted Hair
Stealth +3
Dexterity +24
Qui Cap +8
Dex Cap +8
Melee Speed +2%

whereas the Plaited Hair's stats have always been:

Str +21
Dex +21
Str Cap +7
Dex Cap +6
Melee Speed +2%

Well - I'd been keeping a Twisted Hair for when I needed it - but
when I checked the stats last night, I found the Twisted Hair had
the following stats (same stat caps as Plaited... but higher)

Twisted Hair
Dex +12
Stealth +4
Dex Cap +7
Str Cap +7
Melee Speed +2%

Anyone got Twisted in their temp for the Qui cap ?
Can you check the stats on your belt ?
When was this changed ?
Why ?

You're prolly looking at different realm's stats for those belts, because the stats are different between realms.

Outdated Image. Stats changed in patch 1.68

Ive never seen them with +quick cap, killed Malamis alot back then aswell

yup they reduced the melee speed and increasted stealth to 4
