Changed Guild emblem but got wrong colour on cloak.

What can you do if you were supposed to change the guild emblem (ONLY), and accidently succeded not only change the emblem but the colour too!.

Is there any chance that GOA, Kemor, Zargar or someone else can fix it?
And who shall you wrote too?

Ain't there in the patch the possibility to change it 1 more time? (or is it in a later patch? I know it exists just don't know which version) We had a similar problem in the beginning as well and we changed our guild name slightly and bought the embleme again.
