Changed DoD server cfg`s

the dod servers have had a few changes,

timelimit is now 30mins per map

Limits on axis snipers and allie snipers have been added

MG`s have been limited to 2 per team to stop ppl from camping too much

map rotation will be changed soon

well i keep you all up todate
