Ok, anyone that reads Penny Arcade may have seen Gabe's shopped image of his wife's baby scan.

Well, my Brother-in-law just sent me a picture of my sisters, soon-to-be-born, monster and I was thinking of shopping it in a similar way. Only thing is I can't think of anything it could resemble.

So far we have a crabs claw or a scorpians tail as a suggestion. Any others?
