how do you work out ur chance to evade pwease?

i know the cap for assassins is 50%, but i not sure how far away i am from that cap, so dunno how far to spec dodger

Its no use using that as weaponskill affects evade, so you go up against a tank with higher ws and effectively your cap is raised. So really there is no solid cap.

I think Pin cleared this up last time it was mentioned.
