here is the first one for you (stats may still chnage), have no solid information yet on /use /use2 abilitys

Cleric Champion Weapon
Power: 6% of Power Pool
Bonus to Spell Range: 4%
Bonus To Casting Speed: 4%
Bonus to Power Bonus Cap: 5
Bonus to healing effect: 6%
Bonus to acuity attribute cap: 4
Bonus to dexterity attribute cap: 4
/use1: (presumably a power charge?)
/use2: (unique class ability? unknown)

I thought the stats were under the NDA so not suposed to talk about them ? And there going to change anyway to get balanced before release.

By balanced they mean all mid classes get /use 500 instant damage, /use2 Lifetap an /use3 instant grp heal...

An because of mid the hardmode realm need some love there will be no timer on it
....

Sub Classing
Part of the Champion Levels in Darkness Rising is the ability for players to spend some points in another classes spells. But worry not, balance won't be greatly affected, as there aren't stealth abilities available, and players won't be able to chamber the spells from their alternative paths. For example, one of the healer paths starts with a 50 point heal, then a 100 point heal, followed by a small regen, then cure poison and cure disease. Players don't have to put all of their eggs in one basket, and can put other points in different paths. Those classes without a power pool don't have worries, though, as they'll recieve a power pool if they choose a spell path, and spellcasters will recieve an enhancement to their power pool.

looks okay, not over powered but good.

and the above poster.. last time I played alb it wasnt exactly hard mode... You do have more life taps in one class than hib has in the whole realm.

maybe not overpowered but more than just "good" it has all the vital parts support need, heal bonus, cast spd, power pool/cap dex/acuity cap and range and maybe 2 uses... that's more than just good.

There is only worthless, good and over powered in my book :)

It will be interesting to make a template on that if indeed those are the final stats. My temp already has everything i need but i suppose I could maybe get power pool up to 55% using that :) Only catch is the fact that there is zero conventional utility on it.

If those are the real stats, which is not sure yet if I read the other posts correctly, then I wonder what the unique /use ability will be.
Probably something like "You heal every part member for 200 health!"...
But I don't see this as overpowered item I'd expected something like:

+10% on all resists
+20 on all stats
+5 on all melee/magic skills

Or something like that, would fit Mythic's way of thinking but then again DR is a free expansion so no use to put overpowered things in a free expansion better leave that for the paying expansion!

DR is not a free expansion, read VN boards or even the DR homepage where theres a nice little "pre-order" button...Iirc from vn the expansion will only be able to buy online/download'able or in a complete box-set with all expansions+original game

stats are better on that than anything else in the game, so ya id say it was overpowered :p

dont think i would go with that myself..its nice...not bad..not brilliant..to me it just looks like an alternative.

excuse me

all staffs need mcl2 charge, otherwise i doubt any caster cba to get 1.. ;x

since most finished their templates, and alrleady have those + range + dmg etc capped..

and using tart for mcl2 charge.. ><

Seems like an extension of the Artifact theory - all TOA type bonuses and zero stat bonuses, making it a bit harder to get a 'perfect' template with it.

Well if you already have a capped template there is ofc no need to rework it for these weapons, other than if you like the look of them or they have some nice /use ability. Good thing that is too, since it doesnt force anyone to buy the expansion to compete in rvr. Although subclassing might very well still do that - remains to be seen. Still, if getting the stuff done is mariginally fun and not uberhard (which its been said it wont be i believe) then the cost of an expansion shouldnt be a deterrant.

and its still not the way its going to be. that weapon stat were just a EXAMPLE.

u believe ppl when they say that the earth is flat and the sun is spinning around it to?

/edit: besides. u havent seen any EXAMPLES of any other champ weapons. so its a tad to soon to start bitching isnt it?

i'm game with subclassing as long as they wont allow subclasses have the RA's for it.

like healer classes with tank subclass that get mastery of block and stuff like that.

tho it WOULD be nice on my shaman, being a troll and all ;)
everyone wanna kill the troll with the pretty caster grafics :(

Actually I think most casters use tartaros cuz' of the 5% spell dmg you need to cap (or get 9%) spell dmg, at least I do. Not that I don't like the mcl2 charge but I would use tartaros for 5% dmg even if some other staff had mcl2 and tartaros didn't.

If they make Champ weapons balanced people that is rvr hardkåår wont bother to buy it. so ofc they will implent them uber then nerf them as usual Mythic Style :m00:
