Firstly if you dont have any evade or parry etc and you got the cl abilty that gives you bonus to evade or parry for a short time, would you be able to evade or parry for the time the abilty was up? as i heard somone in my gulid say he was gonna get the parry one for his scout....

Also can anyone tell me how good the fighter/rouge combat styles are?

yes, that evade/parry is especially for those classes who normally cant evade/parry(because your basic evade/parry chance is likely to be higher, and they dont stack afaik), so you can get parry as scout, or evade as paladin.. low chance tho, but still.

parry on a scout wouldnt be that low, with 400 odd dex its probably quite nice
