Champ quests

At the step where my journal tells me to return to the Chamberlain Harlen, but I mightn eed to leave to let the instance reset. Now, how long do I have to wait? Or is there anything I can say to the herald, or a command to force it to reset? Waited for about 20 minutes now, getting a bit dull. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you 'may' be at the bit where you have to go back into the cave and speak to the Minotaur man (where you put on the shitty armour), not the minotaur man in the kings room. Double check the journal as I made that mistake
