Champ noob

I created a Champ alt and have lvld him to 23. I was wondering about the debuffs though. Do they stack or when u cast a second one, does it cancel the first one u cast? I've heard 2 different veiws on this. I need to know if I'm wasting my mana casting 3 debuffs if only one works
