Chain merchants in SI?

I think I have doublechecked every merchant in Isle of Glass but couldn't find any decent chain merchant. And couldn't find any info on the net about it.

So that is the first part of my question; the second part is: where can I buy slash whips and the like?

Anyone can deliver some names, or the adress of the bar they visit to avoid me ?

dunno about the chain, but u can buy slash whips at a weapon merchant in Caer Blablab (the one near the portal), he stands outside the stables, slash is the 5th page i think.
