cgi is not good :( Please Help

i have install a yabb *.pl board on this server !
i will go to the yabb URL
http://hosted.barrysworld.net/speedysboard/cgi-bin/yabb/yabb.pl
i get the error massage

well from what i know it could be a lot of things. Wrong chmodes on the file. File not there. Configured it wrong. Make sure the first line of the script says #!/usr/bin/perl check using notepad or something.
