Can it be 'respecced'?

No,tryed it,in the past
And imo they should have made that possible,since they gave peeps a choise about respeccing malice/battler and so..and many peeps by time have activated the bracer to fast,before they had there Scíng puzzle rdy!

/bet they had tons of emails about it,would have been an ezz way 2 pleasure peeps

I respecced my bracer i have on my Minstrel in the tempel where Arbiter is there is/was a NPC i gave my bracer to and was asked if i was sure like 3 times and voila there i had a lvl0 bracer and a new choise of stat i wanted it to have

Yes it can be respecced at some scholar in the hall of heroes .. cba to look it up but it was in the patchnotes.
