Ceremonial Bracer question (Pin or anybody? :P)

Ive chosen the dex version off Ceremonial Bracer, from what i hear around each different version gives another resist at lvl 8. Anybody know what resist the dexversion gives?

It doesnt give immunity, so if the enemy CC'er casts twice you will be mezzed.

i asume it would give +5to intel cap but couldnt find any info on it
