Celtic Spears- do good ones drop?

Been looking around and are wondering if there with SI will be better spears than the ones that are crafted.

Here are one i heard of:

Brilliant Spear of Victory: (dropped by Balnor)

Hits32
Slash10%
Haste Proc

This spear seems impossible to craft.


Does any other spears exist or do we really need to make 4fg and camp Balnor for 3 months to get all happy??

afaik he stopped playing, and that was at least half a year ago if not even more. He has neither sold nor deleted, only stopped playing daoc to have more time for some more important RL-matters

No good spear drops in hib apart from dragon That Balnor's spear looks cool though, can see alot of people wanting that and can see it causing alot of arguments in lotto's and stuff... usual.

He can be farmed... and he can be killed confortably with 3FG...

To clear something up:

Balnor = founder and now inactive Guildmaster of CF

Baln = High-Lord in DF

Balor = Epic mob in SI who drops nice stuff
