Basically:
Please note the above applies to all guilds from all servers. We are not a PK or a PKK guild. We are also not and never will be an anti-German or anti-French guild. We are a guild that looks after its own. Any guild who decides an aggressive approach towards our members (and damn it would be boring if you didn't
) be aware of one thing: Any retalitory action on our part will not be a swift knee-jerk reaction, but rather a sustained (for that read endless) and massive offensive from a time of our choosing, which could be many weeks down the line from the original transgression. Those of you that know me well are aware that I for one have infinite patience and am someone who always prefers revenge as a dish served cold.
That said, "accidents" (collateral damage, misunderstandings leading to arguments etc) will happen, and for this reason no guild will be KOS-listed until such time as the officers of CE have investigated any major incident or sign of intended aggression from another guild, then discussed, evaluated and agreed an appropriate response. Individual random PK'ers we see as an irrelevance who will be dealt with harshly but fairly should they for any reason wish to try their luck with any CE member. Likewise any mutually agreed vendettas between individuals will not be interfered with by the CE executive as long as both parties involved refrain from dragging the rest of their respective guild into the affair. CE as a guild are not interested in petty disagreements between individuals but it's a fact of life that these exist. CE will not, however, be drawn into a guild war as a result of them.
We do not make alliances as we deem it unfair on one guild to be dragged into a situation not of their choosing possibly through the ill-judged actions of a member of another guild. We do however endorse NAP's (Non-Aggression Pacts) which are of mutual benefit to all parties involved with respect to intelligence sharing, exp grouping and co-ordinated offensives against third parties whom member guilds of the NAP share as a common foe. Any guild interested in a NAP with CE please email myself at cuttingedgepvp@hotmail.com for further information in the first instance.
As of this moment in time the Cutting Edge KOS list is clean, and will remain so up until such time as another guild's actions towards CE dictate that they should be added to it. (Please note that whatever goes on in the interim period on the test server is an irrelevance).
