CD Key Checking

For two days I have not been able to perform the CD Key Checking when connecting to a Q3 server 1.09.
Does anybody know how it works exactly ?

Mmm go to the main BW news page and find MANT's column. Find his email address and ask him. He had the same problem, but fixed it in the end

Also, check out some of the id .plan files (either Todd H or Graeme D) who have said that the CD auth server would be a little flaky while it was tested for the full version

does ne1 know how to solve the cough*problem*cough with the cd key authourisation on the ahem*_latest_*ahem release of q3a?

Go to www.gamecopyworld.com and then to the Quake3 section where you will find 2 cd key generators but of course u wouldn't catch me using any of these

got a cd with Q3A on yesterday and its pretty damn good

Well, *cough* my *cough* copy of q3a didnt come with a *cough* key on the *cough* box *COUGH*.

Instead my *cough* copy had a strange program that came with it and a funny file told me to press a button called *generate* and then it put a key in my 'cfg' ?

Well, didnt work as every time i *cough* generate one its already in use,m mmm

finally got rid of that frog in my throught anyway.

yeh i may have to buy it, pay.. for the number i get.
