with det5,is there any point of getting aom etc, coz i was planning on getting it, but it makes barely any different to mezz/cc; bar a couple of tenths of a second.

On the otherhand revise Dete to work in the Group C portion of resists

That patch is a long way off, you get your RA points back if you spec'd it and with the changes to debuffs I'll no long be flinching so hard when I see the words Heat and Vulnerable float across my display...

But yes AoM gets nerfed in that patch

AoM is 2x as effective vs CC atm than it will be when the patch that calculator is based on lands, so yes atm AoM1 is defo worth having from a CC/nuke pov, AoM2 is very nice n'all.

What that page shows is AoM is 50% less effective and hence 50% less value than it is currently. AoM1 will still be ~good value but AoM2 is dubious (for a det tank at least)
