My bolt icon is not graying out when I use it. Has anyone else experienced this problem lately?

It was a problem in an earlier patch too, but it was fixed back then. I tried clearing my qbar, but that didn't help, so Im wondering if the bug is back.

for most timered abilities this happens, my druid on instas/ra's when i swap qb (or those i got qbinded) they wont grey out :/

aye, it's a very common problem on all instant cast abilities. Annoying with insta mezzes and heals.

other problems r random and occasional but shamans bolt is not getting grayed since early 1.6X patch.
