this template is designed to be an "easy to get" and cheap template, as I don't wanna farm ages for a cathal toon.
Pros:
- Nice defence (hits/con/af/melee resists)
- toa bonuses capped
- easy to get
cons:
- no +10 dual wield
- str not capped
- some magical resists not capped vs. legendary
- not mainhand independent
Would love to get some input to improve my first result. But please keep in mind that the items should be easy to obtain. Zahur/oblivion/levi stuff is a nono for meh ^^
