casting speed formula

Can anybody help me with the real casting speed formula? i dont want mytichs cuz its bugged

i have been checking forums but either im stupid or im just blind but cant find anywhere where it explains it

wondering really how much +10 dex will affect a bard. is it worth it too get it in your sc?

i think its something like +0.5% cast time per point in Dex after 60, although that would mean that once you get to 160 you would cast all spell in 1/2 the time. maybe its only 0.25
