Caster template problem...

I am trying to make a generic template I can use for all my casters (Theurgist, Wizard, and Cabalist), but am having problems including the things I want. My priorities are:

101 Int
101 Dex
75 Con
200 Hits
10% Resist Pierce
10/10/8 ToA Bonuses
26% Body, Cold, Heat, Crush, Slash and Thrust

Now, I can easily make a template that gives me all of those things, but it means not using Cloudsong. The template I've come up with uses the Cloak of Runic Rapidity.

Unfortunately, I really hate using a plain dropped cloak because it looks utterly wank when dyed (unless black). I'd like my toons to look the shit, even though their player is shit ;)

Can anyone point me to a template that either:

1. Uses CS, but also fulfills my requirements above; or
2. Uses a dropped cloak that has a nice graphic (or any graphic), just not plain.

CABBY/WIZ cant. well they can but then ur stats will be fuked. they have different stats on theyr champ staffs.

Mine uses cloak of the zephyr which is effectively 0 util since acuity is overcapped, you could swap it for CS and only drop PP by a few percent. If you want more util for better energy resist then you could swap AT for EC and then phoebus necklace for something else maybe.

Just having a look at that ATM.

It only gives 94 Dex and Int caps, but I could perhaps put Foppish Sleeves to raise both of those stats to 99 each. Obviously 5 Dex is not going to make a huge difference for me, because my reaction time is simply dreadful ;)

I'll post both versions shortly. Perhaps you can all give me your opinions.

OK, had a few runs through Loki with the items suggested. Seems strange posting a template without 101 Dex/Int. How much difference will 6 Dex and Int actually make in RVR?

Pretty bad, low PP% and 6 dex does make a difference. Will reduce your sustained DPS.

p.s I wouldnt listen to infanity's item suggestion at all.. Maybe a year or two ago those items would be good in a temp but now there is no compelling reason to use immolated ring in a template. Easy to get the caps 100% maxed... champ staff, foppish, scalars, CS, CB , GOV = 26 dex and int cap.

gives 101 dex/int 8/9/10 (dmg/spd/range) 29% pp excellent resists but only 160hp.

depends how u feel about knowing the guy stood next to u is casting faster and hitting harder doesn't it? ;)

hmm why nowadays nobody can get 10% magic dmg? with all the staff mensioned above? :< would be cool to get 200 hp 10 range 10 cs 10 spell dmg and good dex intell :/

that would mean Gem of Lost Memories in the template which would mean losing Eriny's Charm or Atlantis Tablet from the jwl slot. so you'd trade 5% piercing for 2% damage - which is a no no.

but to really answer your question: GOLM with GoV/Nailah and Champ wpn/Tartaros will give you 10% magic damage.

actually champ staff has 4dmg TG has 5dmg, not sure how much dmg u get from golm is it 2%?

I wonder if a template containing the above 3, then cloudsong + Crown of Zahur to give you back the 5% piercing would work.

I'd still rather have the perma pierce and lose 2% ofc, but it's a thought :)

his point was that a chestpiece only gives 4% dmg so even with tarts wou still wont hit 10%. It has never been possible to have all 3 capped passively.

He isn't going to be casting faster or hitting harder enough for me to have an inferiority complex about it :)
