Anyone have any ideas to improve it without losing the robe, sleeves or CoZ/CTR-combo? I'd like to squeeze MoH in because of it's nice abla, but I wasn't able to.

I understand your point and I know many think so, but as solo/duo there is a timer issue and also there are many toys I'd use before Zo for defence. Zo has been in my templates pretty much since ToA launch and very rarely it has became handy/essential - especially since 95% of the time nowadays I'm solo/duo. It is simply my personal choice not to use it But as said, I made a version with it if some1 wants to squeeze that in (swap Eriny's for Kraken's eye and neckie for Dragon's eye Strand, ring for Zahur's ring and redo SC).

Any other suggestions?
