Caster cloaks?

Can someone please list any good castercloaks with +cast speed? name and stats please

my sc calc dont got that many castercloaks in it.. and i got trouble finding a cloak that fits my theurgs new template

Doesn't Cloudsong have like, 5% casting speed? (Aka: The reason nearly every caster uses Cloudsong)

it does.. but other then that - it sux

and in my template it will overcap castspeed and intcap.. it also gives +duration wich isnt important at all to me.. and it got 8% buff eff. and that totally sux ass for a theurg

it doesent give me enough utility

Well yeah, Cloudsong is a pretty sucky cloak if you can get the casting speed from some place else. (DR champion staff I think!)
