Let me lead this with a prefix: I am familiar (or at least I thought I was) with how fast casters can nuke, I have an alt Luri with 390 dex and 10% cast speed..
However last night I was genuinely surprised, In one fight I was splintered from my group with grawen next to me. He started nuking me. I was close to dieing when i hit the druid RR5. This effectively gives 5 seconds where all damage is converted to healing. After this ran out I died, but what surprised me was when I read the logs of the fight was that while under rr5 and being immune to damage, I was nuked NINE times for 0 (-450 dmg) by grawen. Given that the rr5 lasts 5 seconds, that works out to close to a .5 second cast time.
What is the delve cast time of the nuke that allows such rapid casts? On my luri if I use base nukes I can get very fast cast speeds but still no where near that speed (at least as far as I can recall, If other luris are getting such speeds it must be my faulty memory).
