Life sucks without a car. I have to rely on my girlfriend's car. Which means a lot of farting about for her when we want to meet up. I had a nice little Nissan Cherry which lasted me a year and ahalf with no major problems at all..very nice car even if it was bad for the street cred. I'm thinking of getting a really cheap moped now cos I don't travel long distances and I won't need to drive around for ages looking for parking spaces.

TBH I can do without a car until I've left uni. Too expensive really, if I want to be drunk everynight. And TBH i've never really needed one, and this comes from a guy living 4 and a half miles away from his place of work...

Well, not having a license any more, I've had to learn to live without one. Well, I still have a car on the driveway (pug 205 1.9 GTi) which kind of annoys the fuck out of me every time I walk past it

There is no way in hell I could live without my car. I've had to do it before when mine's been having repairs done (Fiats rock sometimes.....) and by christ it was tough.
