Mechanically(ish), the bodywork is obviously the Jag. I was at the Jag R&D dept and was told that AM R&D guys had been in, saw the early design drafts stuck on the wall, "we'll have that thanks".

I saw an episode of Top Gear where the desginers of jag and AM were told to design a car in 1min....both turned out exactly the same.......AM vanquish.

Also when I said fararri I mean't it because they use a lot of ferarri bits (e.g. Chassis, gear system..)

They don't at all. The only people to use Ferrari running gear are Ferrari. Astons are made by Ford, and use shitloads of Ford parts. Sorry to break that one to you.
