Capturing the screen

I saw some of those nice video's, and I'm just wondering, with what program do you create those? I got on, but it goes really slow, choppy...

I tried to change the priority and all, but the one affected the other! So, I got a 512 mb ram, 1,25ghz, it should be do-able... but how?

s-video out to vcr or another computer with s-video inn capture card
all the screencapture progs use to much cpu etc to get any good results

I got an svideo out, but no svideo in, my vcr doesn't support that

You need two PCs. One pc which has tv-out the other needs tv-in.
