Caps, formulas and other calculations!

I was just scrolling through various posts seeing things like calculations for DW hit chance, hardcap for Quickness, things like that. I tried to find a topic that has all these things listed together, so I figured it might be a nice idea to have all the calculations, hardcaps, etc all stored in one thread. (And also because I don't know most of these myself and I'm curious :))

Right now the only thing I can just recall is the quickness hardcap at 250..

Quickest I could find on quickness hardcap :)

Oh and the little program on Spydors web says 250 is a softcap? Maybe it's the limit you can reach without the haste spells and effects on items? What would be the hardcap then?

Here's something I found on Swingspeed:
Swing Speed = (Weap Spd)*(1-Quickness)*(1-Spell Haste)*(1-Item Haste)*(1-MoA)
Where Quickness is your total quickness including all the buffs, spells, items, etc..

And the Dual wield formula I mentioned earlier:
Actual DW = 25+(DW skill * .68)+(dualist reflexes lvl * 3)
