capping stats

hi guys can u advise plz
i was resantly grouped with a guy who dident want red buffs cos his stats where capped by yellow ones.how do you know when u r stats are capped, is there a calculater avail? cos i have very high dex/quick start stats and have doger 3..i am wondering if i am capped at dogger 2 or even doger 1(hence waisting valuble realm points). plz any advice would be great!

Well, if you have a 25% bonus to your buff bonus you can cap all your stats except acuity (atleast piety on mid) with yellow buffs. Still if you have the con to buff him with red's why not

Buff cap is +93 from spec buffs and +62 from base. If you gain these amounts from yellow con buffs, no point using red con buffs.

Remember:

Spec Af and Spec Health Regen have no caps, so use the best ones.
