capping caster speed

is there any method to calculate your casting speed cuz im thinking of tossing some points in MoA
2secs is the hard limit
most of my common used spells go 2.5 -2.8 secs
except mezz ( 3secs)
as most caster have nowadays , i got a max capped dext with random dext bufz (176base)

2.0 seconds isn't the hard cap.

the cap seems to be 1.5s or smth i think up to MoA2 you are still benefit even when fully buffed.
