Shareholders would be happy however an over-bloated company decides to cut their costs. Unfortunately it's the blokes at the top who make the decisions and they tend to sack furthest away from them. It's not Capitalism, it's Human Nature I'm afraid

It will only get worse. For every extra another person has, something more is taken away from somebody else. This country will allways be the same, it needs the poor, low paid, and a population of nobodys to survive. The people at the top know this thats why they will never do anything about it, barr bullshit people with nothing measures. Human nature im afraid, people pick up a different cause every other day and don't stick with the issue, maybe if all people did then somethings might change.
