This content is ALREADY on the disc and requires no download at all only a verification which is done once you pay for the content.

Disgusting since they did this with Street Fighter costumes which were already on the disc and waiting to be bought.

I don't mind them charging for content that is made AFTER the release of the game such as Fallout 3, GTA etc but charging for shit already on the disc?

I did purchase the alt outfits for the chicks, but that was because I had points spare and not enough for an arcade game etc.
