Heals, buffs, duration, debuff, power, and fatigue: +25% (level/2)
Stat caps, and power cap: +26 (level/2+1)
Hits cap: +200 (level*4)
Armour Factor: +75 (level*1.5)
*Note that +buffs inceases +AF (at least, maybe others too), so if you have +25% statistic enhancement increase (buffs) and +60 AF you get +75 AF (60*1.25).
