Constant use. The ground targetting peeps were doing a fantastic job but were still struggling to keep up with the artillery

Looks like scaffolding on Lord tower there's so many trebs

After the first wave of Mids retreated, I remember sitting at my PC, and there were lots of happy PM's and peeps generally giggling. I think thats when the treb count rocketed as peeps just thought bugger it, I'm going to have a go.

Its hard to describe just how happy I felt at that moment. I didn't care if we got wiped on the next assault. Collectively, peeps had worked together well, the Command team was ticking along nicely. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We'd been creamed once, come back, had some rather fun running fights such as on road from AMG when we were all scattered about and legging it for Bledmeer (I was sooo sure we were dead when I saw the Mids running out from behind us) but on hindsight I think it was that same scattering that saved us, allowing the casters to use ranged attacks quite well. I think even I got an actual killing nuke in at some point (though that may have been fantasy. One day...).

We were going to finish off with suicide on RK guards for a laugh but somehow, finishing with a stand up fight at Svasud crossroad seemed a more fitting way to go and lets face it, as soon as we'd got to Mjol, we'd have had those very same Mids chewing on our asses anyway

I had a great time. Normally I restrain my scampering round to Alb frontier so a change of scene is always nice.

Trebs are fun! Loved the Shadow Brothers' little bank of trebs on the first floor and the constant "ZEERA/VISIT (delete names as applicable) we need a new target!!". The stealthers (especially those 2) did great at finding targets, had an awesome giggle in Teamspeak too.

Need more nights like this!

Mine was the other. I was on 4 Ice balls out of 40 when I decided it was too risky to stand there anymore, due to being volleyed/GT'd/Treb'd etc

Still, killed a few ppl anyway, so it wasn't all bad

And yeah the treb number was amusing - think at one point we had 2 trebs running for each group in there...Oh and belo needed u to move another few horse lengths forward and u'd have been in range...Had about 5 trebs ready to fire on u Not that you were on the hit list or anything
A fun night all around and brilliantly led by the command team - biggest grats to elim who kept his cool thru it all.

Possibly. Or what might happen is after it settles down a bit, the new 'Emain' will be found and the FG teams will tend to go there.

I like sieges, always have.

One of the things I want to do is work with a few peeps so we can do more complex tasks in large teams. The command structure and the way alliances were getting set up/deployed on Tues is part of the thinking behind that and wasn't just for Tuesday, it was the start (for me anyway) of some proper coordinated large scale stuff I hope will continue. I'd bet some people thought it was overkill for just a glorified keep take, but I'm not thinking of RvR as it is just now, but as it will be, and that means proper coordination for large scale success.

I'm hoping that what we did, and spent a bit of time working on with the structure on Tues will become commonplace, or something like it. Things can always be improved.
