But FFS, i have not made any payments and my account is closed. NOOO i hate this and i can't understand why this aint highest priority. they loose money.... Have mailed rightnow, don't know what else to do =/

Aye, I've got the exact same problem, and have had it since yesterday evening, when I first tried to renew my accounts :/

I weren't able to submit anything to the RightNow, so I sent a couple of e-mails to the different GOA addresses I could find, and the reply I recieved from Kemor (we're all desperate for our DAoC fix, eh? :rolleyes: )was to write an e-mail to subscription@goa.com.

Dunno wut to say... Kinda disappointed that they haven't made any whatsoever announcements about this problem, at least just to tell that they're working on getting it fixed and a possibly ETA :(

i have talked with several people, all with the same problem =/, gonna mail that adress you posted too

I dunno who you've talked to... But if possibly, try and convince them to post a smaller whine here on the board (as GOA reads it at times), but also have them to mail above address - the more customers which is complaining, the more convincingly it is for a company to fix the payment problem - however, I'm afraid that it might be a problem which GOA can do very little about, but to put pressure on Bibit, the company which is handling the payment transactions (and to keep us poor addicts informed - however, that's never been their strong side :( )
