After playing DAoC for a while I decided to try AO and cancelled my subscription. After a couple of months I decided that I would like to give it another go and went to re-activate my account. I went to the "My Account" section of the camelot-europe website and then clicked on the "Access Secure Payment" tab. Everything was going fine till I started to have second thoughts and at the screen where you select what credit card you wish to pay with I closed the browser. I then went and read the latest patch notes and decided I did want to have another go at DAoC, so I went through the process again only this time when I click on the "Access Secure Payment" tab I came to a screen telling me "The transaction was successful - Please login in the 'my account' section in the next 24h hours to check your invoice". So I do this and the invoice hasn't changed, nor has my account status (still closed). I would very much like to reactivate my account but everytime I try to do so I get the same message.
Can anyone tell me what is going on and give me a solution that will get my account activated again, as I would really appreciate some help with the problem.
