cant re-open my account

i seem to have the same problem every month but normally it works after i shut down zone alarm, nothing works now, ive tried lowering IE 6.0 security, turning off zonealarm, allowing IE to do everything online, ive even tried to use opera to register, all has failed and i know i can probably get a faster reply here than if i email rightnow and wait until monday for them to get back to work.

is anyone else having the same problem?

any help at all will be appreciated
