I enter my login and oassword...sleect the char to play...and end up in the menu to choose a char? cant go past that? cant login? GOA sucks?

Have you tried right now? They may take a a day or so but when I get a reply from them it is always good stuff, if you can't wait for the reply just try the old reinstall and repatch. Maybe try some logical thinking.... have you updated any graphic drivers recently/installed something new on your comp?
