Can't login on rightnow

rightnow problems? ...
trying to report a stuck char... I'm really stuck now :<

I had one account I couldn't log in with, and had to report it with my other
account. They synced the database (whatever that means), and I can log
in now. I think you have to dig up an e-mail address and mention the sync problem :/

I had simular problem, seams like my first game password ever given is my RN loging pass, and I change pass every 7-14 days so kinda hard to remember the first I ever got.. though after requesting password I got on email few min later (lost password) and have it a save place now.
