Can't log in TOA client

can somebody explain why i can log into old classic and SI client, but cannot load toa client please?

Your hardware isn't enough?
Check the minimum requirements and your hardware (though might be able to logon with less hardware than the recommended min requirement)

did you activate the toaclient in your subscription page ?

ok im still having problems with my pc

last few days been LDing 3/4 times per night, and pc reboots itself.

also every other night, still have probs logging toa client.

any suggestions how to fix this, not got a clue about pc's.
