Cant get logged into RightNow

[old.Glendower]

says to use the same game info as you do to play the game, and yet it wont recognize them. Wont even recognize the account ID (first initial and lastname) for an email of password =(

And yes I tried several times, and yes it is the same for both my wife's account and my own

if you copy and paste the password, try remvoing the last character, since it sometimes adds a " " afterwards
