Cant connect

Reinstalled the game today after a while playing DAOC..


half life upto date with as well as all mods.

i go to internet games, sort out the filter, update the server list then choose one to join

i get succesful won authentication and the server intro page loads up......the rules and info all those bits, then after about 30 secs when it would normally move to the game it appears to reload the connection page, ie i get the rule set again.

It just seems to loop several times until the 120 secs time limit is up.

had this happen on every mod going.


Anyone had this prob and found a fix or anyone suggest a few possible steps to get a game going again!!

one of my geoforce drivers was on version 30.82 while every other file was 40.09

Works if u replace the woncomm.lst file in your valve dir with this one.
