Can't connect to XBL MTU problem?

Hey all i can't connect to XBL as of around 9pm tonight i run the test and the MTU fails.

Thought it might be the router so plugged it into the Broadband modem directly still not luck.

I'm on NTL so would not suprise me if its them anyone else had this problem?

Seen this on loads of forums. Everyones having problems with NTL and other cheese related products.

Its something to do with them upgrading a big exchange or something or nothing shut up you don't even know what im talking about
