I Have 1.27 g and i can't get on to any servers. I have tryed BW but it starts loading the game and when it is just about to go into the game it goes back to the main menu.
right start with a clean install of q3a, patch it with 1.27g then 1.27h..donot copy any mods over from ur copy of q3a 1.17..turn downloads on and get the mods,osp ect from the server u r connecting to..this worked 4 me.hope it helps!
i know this sounds obvious but i copyed some files over to a new install of 1.27 and it f@#cked it up ,maps r fine and configs,but 4 some reason mods f@#k it up!
I've had exactly the same problem... although it is intermittant... with Urban Terror it was because of the maps, Q3 i haven't solved yet but i don't play normal Q3 much anyway...
