Cant connect to MiRC

cant connect, anyone help?

useing win XP, with norton firewall, ive allowed MiRC to acces the net but still cant connect ?

What error message do you get when you try to conenct?
Can you connect to any IRC server at all?

try again and give exact log
also do u get the same probs conencting to otehr servers?
are you using XP firewall as well?
