Cant Connect the patcher

I have been playing all day with some guild mates and 3 of us from the uk cant get back on to the patcher. Wont even pop up the login box, anyone elce getting this problem?

Theres a thread on WHA, its affecting a bunch of people all over Europe, someone posted this

Questnet and Telia router down in France most likely causing this issue.

Telia routing all north european users, while questnet is routing easter europe ones.
ETA fix on Telia pages is 2 hours.

Not sure how accurate it is but its the only cause anyone's mentioned so far.

I live in denmark and dont have telia router and i have same problem. this have happent for me and my mates the last 3 days ! they shude get there act together and fixe the goddamn problem !!!
