Cant activate SI!!

i didnt activate SI on my subscription cos i was just desperate to get to play the game after having to wait 2-3 weeks.

however now when i try to activate it through the account section on the website it does bugger all. i put the key in, click validate and nothing.....

have asked goa/rightnow bout this (over a week ago) and have had no response wotsoever. any1 got any ideas?
