Can you add a proc to a non-proccing drop?

I was wondering...did Stoneheart quest, lot of fun, and got nice 100% 2H axe...but it doesn't proc. Now I know you can enchant drops, so can I have a proc added to this weapon?

Err, you can't enchant drops, nearest you get is you can dye SI drops.

only crafted items can be enhanced by either alchemy and/or spellcrafting

Uh-uh...I took a Screaming Ghastly Axe and it became a Brilliant Screaming Ghastly Axe after having it enchanted...

...and BTW, IMO you should be able to dye crafted weapons.

well thats all very good.. BUT YOU CANT...only drop's you can dye is TG drop's, and only weapon you can imbue with proc's are crafted one's...btw I have no idea what you did at enchanter..but you did not enchante the axe, as its allready enchanted when it drop's..not sure how many % after patch , but before patch it was 25%

You zoned or relogged, and then it got named to shimmering, most items do this now since they were given a 35% bonus.
